4x4 Wedding Anniversary
June 2, 2000

After 16 years Theresa and I returned to St. Helena to celebrate our 4x4 (16th) wedding anniversary.  We spent part of our honeymoon at Cinnamon Bear, which is a bed and breakfast inn at St Helena. Surprisingly we stayed at the same room this year! Theresa had to remind and convince me that we really stayed at the same room. Obviously she had much better memory than me, since my brain cells are dying quickly after my 39.99th birthday :-)

Cinnamon Bear Inn. The room was tastefully and warmly decorated. Looked at the little teddy bear on top of the quilt.

We had dinner at Tra Vigne. The decor was interesting, but Theresa was not that impressed by the food.

Breakfast at the Inn was sumptuous.

Instead of driving, we simply walked down the street and arrived at the Beringer Vineyards.

Along our walk we encountered CIA. No, not that CIA. This CIA is the Culinary Institute of America.

We were disappointed that we were not able to sit on the patio to enjoy a panoramic view of the vineyard. However, we had a fun lunch indoor.

Both of our lunch were heavenly. Who needs to eat at French Laundry? :-)
