Greenwell: a Kona Coffee Plantation at Kealakekua

Greenwell's official web. In addition to having a pleasant and informal tour of the plantation, we also purchased several pounds of authentic Kona coffee, some chocolate-covered coffee beans, and a small package of black pepper beef jerky. I believe in maximizing my experience fully on vacation by putting all my senses to work. In this case, I put my senses of taste and smell to work!

Nice red berries. We tasted the outside part of the berries--it was surprisingly sweet.

I wonder if Alpha airline will allow me to carry on a 50-pound bag of Kona Coffee Bean :-)

A Kodak moment: Theresa raked the beans that were drying under the sun.
